We are working with the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce's Preventing School Exclusions project as the Consultant Local Collaborative Adviser for Worcestershire, facilitating meetings and local transformation and implementation coaching, and managing a project to address the prevention of school exclusion between the Local Authority, Schools, and CAMHS, and promoting better cross sector collaborative working, working with Esmee Fairbairne,Porticus and Treebeard Trust.
We are working to provide trusts and foundations support and diversify income of the charity Their Future Today. The international development charity is working on de-institutionalisation of orphanages in Sri Lanka and the creation of children's services and fostering systems, as well as preventing family breakdown.
Access to Work
Emotional Dysregulation in Autism is
a charity that provides support to young people in psychiatric settings and is setting up and advising on the first autism specialist psychiatric setting in the country. We are providing strategic advisory and fundraising services to the charity.
We provide confidential counselling and
business coaching for business leaders, entrepreneurs, CEOs to explore reasonable adaptations and making work life sustainable with disabilities, we particularly focus on neural disabilities like head injury, long Covid, Autism, ADHD, Mental health and working through and developing systems to continue working through short or long term cognitive decline
We are working on a Community Research Project with Kyah Sisalu, a Doctoral Candidate in Psychology to research how young people with autism experience crisis services across the UK.
