ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergent Coaching
We offer ADHD, Autistic, Brain Injury and Neurodivergent Coaching. In some cases we can provide this through Access to Work to provide in work coaching for people earning more then £6000 a year either in employment or self employed (UK Only funding). We offer neuro-affirmative coaching, which means we find ways to make work more accommodating of your strengths and weaknesses, and help you put in place support mechanisms that make you feel more supported at work to make work sustainable.
Who in our team offers Neurodivergent Coaching and Mental Health Support?
Anna Day FRSA MSc provides Neuroencoding, NLP, qualified Hypnotherapist, Business Coaching and is autistic and ADHD. She has a background in autism research and working with neurodivergent led organisations and lived experience groups. Anna is working towards a Level 4 in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Anna has a MSc in Civil Society Management. She offers anti oppressive non judgemental coaching open to all and LGBTQI friendly. Anna's interests are walking her Border Collie, geeking out about self development, autism and ADHD and changing the world, nature, art, photography, Buddhism and harbours desires to live on a secluded farm in the mountains one day!

David Charles Rowan MSc is Autistic and has an MSc in Psychosocial studies and has been a practicing therapist for over 40 years specialising in trauma informed work. David is a teacher of Neuroholistic therapy and an extremely adept trauma therapist.

Standard rate: £300 per hour

Discounts for longer term work are by negotiation and for long term pieces of work exceeding 15 sessions a better rate can be agreed

Dr Ronie Walters, is an ICF and BPS accredited coaching psychologist with lived experience of disability she is a lifelong advocate for social justice, and the importance of seeing beyond the label. She is passionate about supporting people improve their wellbeing so they can live both life, and work, to the fullest. She has done this in numerous ways including social enterprise, community sports, mentoring, research, and now coaching. She has a 1st class honours degree in psychology, an MSc in applied positive psychology, and a PhD in behaviour change, health inequalities and health communication. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in the third sector as a director, where she has honed leadership and management skills. As a neurodiversity and mental health coach, she uses her diverse experience and expertise to empower individuals and teams to achieve their goals. With a strong focus on positive psychology and effective communication, she can help clients overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and achieve lasting success.

Rate card for therapy (self funding):

Non working: £45.00 per hour (Limited spaces available, please contact us to discuss)

Low waged: £55 per hour

In excess of £50,000 per year salary: £95 per hour

Access to Work £208 per hour for standard workers and £300 per hour for CEO level candidates
