A small number of bursary places are available for up to 2 CEO’s to access the course half price. Apply quickly to secure a bursary place. We prioritise these places for leaders from less represented groups in leadership (women, black, Asian, LGBTQI, or any other global majority leaders living in the UK, or those from backgrounds where they have had limited opportunity to grow, for example, as a result of being a single parent, coming from a working class background or poverty).

Our Story

We set up this course to support Chief Executives, after realising that our own journeys into executive leadership had been frought with hard lessons. There is no specific chief executive training syllabus, yet Chief Executives hold the most challenging role in any organisation. It is lonely at the top, but it need not be. Becoming a Chief Executive is all about surrounding yourself with support networks outside of the organisation that can support your personal growth. There is so much to learn to become an effective CEO, but instead of taking multiple courses like we did, we have compiled all the learning you need for your first year in office in one place.

Our team have trained and coached Chief Executives of FTSE100 Companies, charities, and social enterprises across the globe, and trained over 400 CEO's.
