“Anna, thank you for so generously sharing your immense knowledge during such a challenging time for small charities, and bringing together a great network of support. I have no hesitation in giving you the highest possible recommendation and look forward to working with you in the future.”
Lynn Stannier MBE CEO of Their Future Today
“Anna set up a weekly CEO peer meet up session during the COVID-19 lockdown. These sessions have been integral to my personal development over the past few months. Anna’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of charity fundraising and strategy is evident in the excellent advice, support, and ideas that she offers to CEO’s who are in an extremely testing time. The fact that Anna has been there and done it means that she can offer practical solutions to challenges and she does so with a great deal of knowledge and understanding of personal development theory and charity best practice. Anna is candid, knowledgeable and a great listener, she excels as a coach and a mentor and I look forward to working with her throughout my career in the sector.”
Lucy Phillipson CEO, Coco
“Having met Anna at university I have been continually amazed at her ability to manage complex and often conflicting priorities towards exceptional outcomes. Now a proven strategic charity leader, she has successfully steered a number of organisations towards growth and longer term sustainability and is an asset to any organisation she is involved with.”
Shane Ryan MBE
“Anna is utterly focussed and incredibly perceptive, attributes which ensure she is an asset to any project to which she lends her talents.”
Sally Carruthers Executive Director, The Poetry School
“Anna is a talented, incisive and highly responsive sector expert, who brings a wealth of experience and insight into tackling thorny issues. She is warm, accessible and a sheer pleasure to work with.”
Sarah Niblock CEO, Journalist, Coach, Professor
“I’ve worked with Anna on several workforce projects over the last year. She achieves an incredible amount on modest resources and can jump effortlessly between the front line and the strategic national picture. A valued partner locally and sub-regionally, great vision and a pleasure to work with.”
Gethyn Williams Workforce Development Director, NCVYS
“Anna has a wealth of expertise and has been enormously helpful and supportive.”
Clare Norton CEO, Peter Bedford Housing Association
“I have been working with Anna for just three weeks and already, I feel that I have better direction post my diagnosis with ASD (autism) earlier this year. Anna is enabling me to find my Ikigai so that I can channel my strengths into what I do, enabling me to hit my flow and perform better in a work environment. Anna has also guided me and provided support in regard to setting up my own business and has signposted me, not only to others who can support me through this process, including support to make an Access to Work application but to others who may need my services. Coaching with Anna is enjoyable and I find myself energised after each session, looking forward to putting outputs from our discussions into action. I would recommend Anna to anyone who is exploring how their neurodivergence affects them, especially in a work environment, and how they can focus on their strengths to excel.”
Jo De Serrano OBE C-Level Executive, former CEO of RedR
